Payment

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. Our office will file insurance for some managed care plans.

Certain services may not be covered by your insurance policy, particularly some managed care plans. It is your responsibility to check your benefits ahead of time and to be prepared to make any out-of pocket payments at the time of the visit.

A fee up to the amount of the scheduled exam will be charged for appointments missed or canceled without twenty-four hours advance notice.
